Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) To understand and analyze the simultaneous effect of work-life balance and work facilities on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of Central Sulawesi Province. (2) To understand and analyze the partial effect of work-life balance on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of Central Sulawesi Province. (3) To understand and analyze the partial effect of work facilities on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of Central Sulawesi Province. This research is quantitative research with a population of 111 people. Data collection consisted of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study concluded; (1) Work-life balance and work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of Central Sulawesi Province. (2) Work-life Balance has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection Agency of Central Sulawesi Province. Work-life balance and work facilities have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection Agency of Central Sulawesi Province.
