PENGARUH KEAKURATAN DAN TRANSPARANSI DATA APLIKASI ARKAS TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPERCAYAAN DEWAN GURU DAN STAF TATA USAHA SMK NEGERI 8 PALU

Abstract

The Effect of Data Accuracy and Transparency of the ARKAS Application on the Level of Trust among Teachers and Administrative Staff at SMK Negeri 8 Palu. Accurate and transparent financial management is a critical determinant in fostering institutional trust among teachers and administrative staff within educational organizations. Prior to the implementation of the ARKAS application, financial reporting at SMK Negeri 8 Palu both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research population consisted of 50 teachers and administrative staff, with 47 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that data accuracy of the ARKAS application has a statistically significant effect on the level of trust, while data transparency also demonstrates a significant positive effect. Furthermore, data accuracy and transparency simultaneously exert a significant influence on the level of trust among teachers and administrative staff at SMK Negeri 8 Palu. These results indicate that the adoption of the ARKAS digital financial reporting system contributes to improved financial information quality and strengthens internal trust within the school institution.
