ANALISIS PENERAPAN APLIKASI SRIKANDI DALAM MENUNJANG EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PADA SEKRETARIAT DAERAH PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGAH

Abstract

The research problem was formulated to determine the implementation of the Srikandi application within the Regional Secretariat of Central Sulawesi Province. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of the Srikandi application within the Regional Secretariat of Central Sulawesi Province. This study used a qualitative approach. The results of the study examined the implementation of the Srikandi application within the Regional Secretariat of Central Sulawesi Province, which examined aspects of operator understanding and ability, accuracy of correspondence administration targets, timeliness according to established standards, achievement of correspondence administration goals, and tangible changes after using the Srikandi application, which were proven to increase work effectiveness. The results of this study suggest that improving infrastructure, especially the internet network, is a crucial factor in improving the quality of Srikandi application services within the Regional Secretariat of Central Sulawesi Province.
