ANALISIS MANAJEMEN PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN PADA MASYARAKAT DI KELURAHAN TAIPA KECAMATAN PALU UTARA

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to determine and analyze the management of the Family Hope Program in the Community in Taipa Village, North Palu District. (2) to determine and analyze the Inhibiting Factors in the Management of the Family Hope Program in the Community in Taipa Village, North Palu District. (3) to determine and analyze the Supporting Factors in the Management of the Family Hope Program in the Community in Taipa Village, North Palu District. This type of research is qualitative research with 5 informants. Inhibiting factors in the management of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Taipa Village, North Palu District include inaccurate and late updates of KPM data, limited number and capacity of facilitators, low financial literacy and administrative understanding of the community, coordination constraints between actors, and social jealousy from non-recipient residents. 3) Supporting factors in the management of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Taipa Village, North Palu District include active support from village officials and RT/RW, good coordination between facilitators, the village, and the community, participation of Beneficiary Families (KPM) in development activities, and a transparent non-cash assistance distribution system.
