ANALISIS PENATAUSAHAAN, REALISASI DAN CAPAIAN KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN PALU SELATAN

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine and analyze the financial administration management, realization, and achievement of financial performance at the South Palu District Office. (2) To determine and analyze the supporting factors for financial administration, realization, and achievement of financial performance at the South Palu District Office. (3) To determine and analyze the inhibiting factors for financial administration, realization, and achievement of financial performance at the South Palu District Office. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection consists of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study conclude: (1) The financial administration process to support the realization and achievement of financial performance at the South Palu District Office has, in principle, been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, but needs to be improved in the initial planning process, such as increasing the number of human resources and conducting more frequent socialization and good communication between stakeholders related to planning. (2) The supporting factors for financial administration and realization at the South Palu District Office are sufficient so that the implementation of the financial management process is efficient, effective, accountable, and transparent, while minimizing budget misuse.
