MANAJEMEN PENYELENGGARAAN IBADAH HAJI PADA BIRO KESEJAHTERAAN RAKYAT PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGAH

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to determine and analyze the Hajj Pilgrimage Management at the Central Sulawesi Province People's Welfare Bureau. (2) to determine and analyze the Inhibiting Factors in the Hajj Pilgrimage Management at the Central Sulawesi Province People's Welfare Bureau. (Data collection consisted of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study concluded: (1) Hajj Pilgrimage Management at the Central Sulawesi Province People's Welfare Bureau is implemented through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The People's Welfare Bureau acts as a facilitator in supporting pilgrim services. With continuous improvement, the implementation of the Hajj pilgrimage in Central Sulawesi Province is expected to become more optimal. (2) Inhibiting factors in the Hajj Pilgrimage Management at the Central Sulawesi Province People's Welfare Bureau include limited human resources, suboptimal coordination between agencies, and technical and administrative constraints.
